1. After you click on the shopping cart, you will need to review and confirm your order information (or make changes if necessary).

2. Click "Check-Out".

3. Select Order Type - Order or Quotation.

4. Enter Purchase Order Number

5. Confirm Information and verify (or change if necessary) shipping information.

6. Enter any special instructions.

7. Click "Submit".

8. A copy of the order/quote should be sent via email to the email address provided.

4. A verification code will be sent to the email on file with your account.

2. Under My Invoices Click "Open Invoices".

3. This page shows outstanding invoices and other activity on your account.

4. You can look at each invoice individually, or view account transactions.

3. Enter all information known; PO#, Part#, Date Range etc. (If you do not have of the information listed, just click "Search").
4. Click "Search".

If you need to make a return, please contact a Customer Service Representative to validate the return and provide you with a Return Goods Authorization number (RA#).

Product to be returned must be accompanied by a (RA #).

All returns must be in original packaging.
